Roses Nails Spa

I visited Roses Nail Spa because I had been given a gift certificate. I have visited them in the past and always had good experiences. However, as of November 2025, they are under new management and have new staff. When I went to pay, I was told I could not use my gift card (purchased only a month ago by a family member) because "if we accept that, we will not make any money off of it." (The old owner, Snow, had issued the gift card.) They then said they would need to post a notification inside saying they were not going to accept any gift cards that had been purchased there before the new ownership. So if you have a gift card for there, I am sorry. The $50 gift card I have is completely worthless because Roses Nail Spa does not adhere to ethical business practices. They only care about th

whenever I pay 61$ for an acrylic refill and TWO days later THIS is happening, I will not be coming back. I have been neglecting my nails 💅 for a long time, I hadn’t had my nails done professionally in years before I finally decided my cuticles deserved some TLC. Ken is an excellent mail tech & I’ve never seen my cuticles look so healthy. I don’t like fake nails so I chose a manicure with gel polish and I was so happy with my first visit that I have been continuing my follow ups & now my nails have grown put naturally & look so good after the wonderful cleanup job Ken does on my cuticles and just overall from start to finish. I have been using Roses for all my nail needs for close to three years. They are really good at what they do. Fast, friendly service, great prices and their dip nails last for weeks. I would recommend and do to anyone!
