I got a fill in yesterday & my nails are so thin!! I’ve been getting my nails done for years so I know how my nails should feel. My nail broke in half after just getting them done YESTERDAY and they still tried to charge me $7 to get it fixed. The lady tried to get loud & argue. She was VERY rude! I’ll never go again. ZERO STARS

I will never go to this unprofessional and horrible nail salon ever again. I’ve been going to this salon since coming to Memphis but they scamming on the prices. They rude to black people and majority of the customers is black. They don’t clean after each customer and use the same towel. I ask for a new towel and the tech caught an attitude and rush my pedicure.

I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior at a nail salon. To begin, my pedicure was rushed. I paid $30 for a pedicure that was completed in 15 mins. Next, I asked for ombré on my nails and when the guy started to paint my nails, I informed him that it was not the color I selected. He began to take off my nails so I thought he was redoing them. No! He took off my nails and left them as be. I came to get my nails done for an event and now I’m leaving without my nails being done. Will never patronize this tacky nail salon again.

I paid $60.00 for a pedicure and manicure. Very quiet and peaceful. I have gel polish on both. I was there for about 50 minutes.
