One of the best barbers I’ve ever been to. Stepan’s attention to detail is unmatched, and you can tell he takes real pride in his craft. The Sarasota shop is relatively new, but he’s already built something special here—blending modern design with historic and even antique pieces that give the place a unique character. I’ve been to plenty of barbers, but this experience stood out from start to finish. Stepan also has a successful shop in Chicago, and it’s clear why—professional, precise, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back, and likely bringing my whole family as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a top-notch barber in downtown Sarasota.

Stepan was a find! Two weeks on and the cut and beard cleanup still looks really good. Highly recommend! Ive been looking for a good barber/stylist in srq who actually uses scissors and not just clippers for everything. His shop is also a really nice and comfortable if you do have to wait.

Stepan is the real deal! My father was a barber for over 50 years. I can tell you in the first minute if someone knows what they are doing. The shop furniture is original from a classic Chicago barber shop giving it an old school vibe. He works on appointments so book one before you go.
