Mrs. Roselena has been washing my hair for about 3 months now, I’m consistent with her doing my wash and blow dry. I am a black female and she charges me $40. She does an excellent job detangling my hair and scratching the dandruff off my scalp each visit. If you want a good service please come to her. But she’s far from a scammer !

They are scammers mother and daughter charged me $110 to wash and blow dry my hair I didn’t get it flat iron or nothing. Then I had two people call to check their pricing and they said it usually cost $65 dollars. Depending on how your hair is and how much product they use I good hair but a slightly dry scalp but they did not use a crazy amount of product on my hair. So $110 dollars is crazy. Don’t go if you don’t want to pay $110 dollars for a simple wash and blow dry.

I just want to clarify, Ms. Roselena does not scam on hair services. Her prices start at $65 and go up based on hair type, density thick/thin, and condition (dandruff/tangled). She uses premium, expensive products to ensure quality, so extra management for complex hair is factored into the final price.

Absolutely loved my experience today. I got a kertain treatment, and my hair looks healthy again. My hair feels moisturized, soft, and straight! ❤️ Definitely will be going back. ❤️

It was a misunderstanding and a communication issue. I think it’s hard for one person to handle three people at once—there just isn’t enough time to do everything. They really need to hire more staff. The problem is she don’t accept debit or credit cards; you have to bring cash or cash apps if you go there. The hair color felt a little burning, kind of like a relaxer, which I’m sensitive to, especially since I haven’t used hair color in a long time. When I looked in the mirror, I felt like a grandma because the haircut was shorter than I wanted. I wish it looked more youthful and fun, and that there were more color choices, because the options were very limited.
