Rose Spa

I have been going to Rose Spa monthly for the past 1.5 years for a deep tissue massage, and also to help relieve extreme muscle tension in my neck and shoulders caused by cervical dystonia. The atmosphere is always calm, clean, and welcoming. My massage therapist Liya is incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand how the cervical dystonia is impacting my muscles, and taking the time to really focus on those problem areas. The massage itself is always perfect — the right balance between relaxing and therapeutic. I could literally feel the tension melting away, and I always leave feeling refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. Inconsistent. My knees hurt so bad every time I leave here because they don’t put anything under your ankles to support your knees and lower back. Then I found out a friend who comes here they do put a pillow under their ankles but have I have NEVER received this accommodation. Won’t be returning.

I’ve given this place a chance, more times than I should. Tonight was the last straw. To try and make a weird, long story short; I asked for an hour massage and she asked if she could bring In her “brother” to help - I assumed she needed to have him help because I asked for deep tissue…anyways, to my surprise, she and her “brother” both ended up working on me at the same time and then when the massage was over I realized it had only been 30 minutes. So, after walking out to the lobby, I questioned her and she explained via trans app that an hour long “4 hand massage” is 30 minutes and that their friends had stopped by and they want to leave early to go to dinner. Wow. So, I called the owner and explained the situation and told her I did not understand why that wasn’t explained or why “4 ha

Fantastic massage! But there was a problem. After a wonderful 90 minute massage I went to pay for the $90. Massage expecting to tip 20 dollars. I asked for 10 dollars back leaving a 20 tip and they scoffed at me nearly refusing to give me the 10 dollars back so I told them to keep it after they said (This is it!) I usually tip around 20 percent sometimes more but I have never seen anyplace so rude where they expected a larger tip than what was given. I will never go back there. If they want more money they should charge higher prices and not leave their customers feeling embarrassed or just ripped off by jabbing them for more money. Have you ever been to a restaurant where the waitress questioned your tip and said ( This is all the tip I get?) Very unprofessional!

Clean and super friendly! This is by far the best massage I’ve ever had even over bougie spas like Jeanne Juarez, and similar. Truly full body massage $60 cash or 68 with card. Tina was amazing and I am definitely coming back. She massaged everywhere and was very professional. She only talked when she Was asking how I was doing. And let me relax and fall asleep if I wanted to. She even stretched me and I really liked that.
