Rose Nails

this is my second time ever getting my nails done and to make it short and sweet, i’m NEVER coming back here. the lady doing my nails sat for an hour just filing and picking at my fingers, causing me to bleed on two of them as i sat there. it hurt like crazy and doesn’t even look pretty enough to make up for it. ruined my whole homecoming night, leaving me late, in pain, and unsatisfied.

Just had probably the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot. Go to Rose at the mall annex and ask for the deluxe. You’re welcome. 😊

If I could give it less, I would. Maybe it's because I'm a man ... they've given me poor service more than once, but the last time was the worst. The tech never had me wash my hands and didn't even clean out under my nails. I had to MAKE him clip all the dead cuticle skin. I sat down, he started drilling, then slapped polish on. That was it. I'm guessing they assume male customers don't know how it's supposed to go. And then they charged me over $100 for a horrible manicure and pedicure. Never again.

I went here the first time yesterday, an older lady was doing my nails and nicked my nails in three different places and said sorry once. Afterward she quoted the price as 60 dollars. I asked if I was going to get a discount after being hurt three times, she said no honey that’s natural. I said no it’s not, she said I’ll do 55 this one time but you no come back. I said whatever and paid even though I shouldn’t have but she was doing my nails for a while even though they are the worse nails I’ve ever gotten. She repeated herself don’t come back again even after hurting me!!! So rude, never again.

My nails came out perfect!!! Absolutely amazing. 1st time in while a place got them right.
