Rose Nails & Spa

I have been going to Rose nails for a very long time and I have never had a bad experience. I have to shout my favorite nail tech Kim I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and she never fails to make my nails look amazing every time. She’s sweet and cares about the details. This is my latest set.

Jolie has done both of these stunning sets for me! The Christmas ones are the most recent and the gold ones were from a trip I took over the summer. However everyone here is amazing and does stunning work! I highly recommend this salon for any of your nail needs!

Came into this salon because my best friend & mom RAVED about how good they do with their builder gel. Me and my niece asked for a full builder gel set, both technicians rushed, when asked to fix things wrong with the nails they ignored us and just continued to move in a fast manner. It is a luxury to get these services done however if the skill to do a requested service isn’t mastered then customers should be aware before their money is wasted. The shape of both of our sets (square and almond) were all mismatched and when asked to be fixed again was ignored.

They were amazing! Kim was so pleasant, checked in on my experience so many times to make sure I was happy. Jolie did my french tip and these are by far the BEST set of nails i’ve ever received. I will most definitely be back!!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I’ve been to this salon a few times and never had an experience this bad. My fiance and I went to get pedicures and I got a manicure with a design. My fiance paid $70 for nails to have the technician miss my thumb nail, get nail polish on my fingers, get glue on the side of my hand, somehow got nail polish on my hoodie, and my nails were sculpted very awkwardly to a point where they were lifted straight up. When I showed the tech the picture she agreed she could do the design I asked for, and she proceeded to do not even close to what I asked for. Very angry and disappointed with this visit.
