Rose Nails

I went to this salon while my car was being serviced at Kia down the street. I got an amazing gel pedicure. I appreciated that they only used lotion/oil on my skin for the massage. (I hate it when the whole massage is done with the sugar scrub, that’s not relaxing at all!)

Went on asked for gel manicure. I got one. Nothing special about the service. I had candy doing my nails. Polish was kinda sloppy. There were 3 people getting pedicures while I was there no distance them. I doubt I’ll go back. I don’t expect this polish to last 14 days minimum 🙁

These guys are THE best! Super affordable, very clean, beyond friendly and my nails are perfection, EVERY time! I’ve been using them for almost 8 years now. I’ve tried a dozen other nail places in Round Rock and not one place can compare to them!

Initially the visit was good. However, when I left, I noticed the back of my heels were still rough. I know my feet were in bad shape, that's why I went. I've had pedicures before and never left with my feet like this. When I went back, the lady that originally worked on my feet told the other employee that she had already done enough and they were struggling in the moment to figure out what to do. Embarrassed by their treatment, I left. I left disappointed with their customer service, and the services they provided. To top it off, I had tipped not just one, but three people very generously. Do not waste your money at this place!

This place was so horrible. Don’t waist your time going here. I went in to get a manicure and a pedicure and I was RUSHED. My pedicure took only 12 minutes ( I counted) and while I was getting my quick pedicure the man came over and rushed me and was doing my nails at the same time. They asked me about 10 times what color I wanted on my nails which I did not know because I could barley enjoy and look at the colors because I had no hands due to the man doing my nails at the same time as getting my feet done. I then at the end of my service told them I did not like my service because I felt so rushed and the man said well we are leaving right now and that’s why we had to rush. It was 3pm and the shop was suppose to be open until 7pm so now I know why I was so rushed because they were rushing
