I recently got my nails done and I have to say, I’m really disappointed. I specifically asked for no glitter, they used a black powder that has glitter. Every nail is misshapen and/or flat. To make matters worse, the gel topcoat started peeling the next day, so I went back to have it fixed. Unfortunately, it started peeling again just a few days later! It’s been less than a week since I got them done! The technician refused to honor the advertised rate, charging me $60 for very low quality nails. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Left with my nails bleeding, the more I look the worse they are. Uneven, not even covering my natural nails and not the length/shape I wanted. My 9 year old got her first "professional" manicure, the owner (the man) not only squeezed her fingers painfully the whole time but also clipped her skin in several spots. Neither of our nail polish came out even, bumps and lumps on several nails. The menu price was less than what she actually charged me, even though we only got the most basic service. When I pointed out the issues, the owner had an attitude and laughed at me. Go ANYWHERE else. The shop was not even well kept. The staff was rude. Overall, awful experience.
5 stars. This was the cleanest nail salon I have EVER been in. I had called earlier in the day and was able to make an afternoon appointment for the same day with no issues. This was my third time having dip nails done, ever, and i was nervous. My first experience, at a different salon, left me VERY cautious. My second experience, also at a different salon, was INCREDIBLE, and I was afraid no one would ever do my nails as well. I was wrong. Hannah, my technician, took her time and gave me a brilliant dip manicure. My nails are not too thick, not too thin, well shaped and excellent quality. (Of course, I'll update if there are issues.) Like I had mentioned, this was THE cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Each station had ventilation, tables were clean. Polish and powders were we
Literally the worst experience in a nail salon. The first picture is the $30 gel manicure they did. Literally looks like a 2 year old did it! I left and came back as I reallllly tried to like them…. I just couldn’t do it. I decided to get acrylics when I went back and had them done by rose herself. They look better-ish (still lumpy as you can see in the pictures) BUT she tried charging me $10 to take off the butchered gel and and extra $20 for the acrylics. I refused to pay the $10 take off but paid the $20 to equal $50 for the acrylics. AND I LEFT A TIP THE FIRST TIME I LEFT. Basic customer service says i shouldn’t have even been charged anything but whatever. Such a disappointment and a waste of my entire day off of work. I don’t have the energy to go in and get them fixed again. Somebod
Overall, a really awful experience. The first time I came, I had a wonderful time and my nails looked amazing. Someone new did my gel manicure yesterday and ruined my cuticles - she filed and cut them so deep that they were bleeding, didn’t apologize, and kept going after I asked her to stop. I’ve attached pictures of them - they’re so painful and I had to apply antibiotics to the cuts because I’m scared of getting an infection from the tools. She also did not know how to file my nails and someone had to help her achieve a basic shape. I’ve never left a $0 tip before but I was so upset I had to.
