Rose Nails

My daughter had a wonderful experience here with Jamie. She had drawings of exactly what she wanted and Jamie took time with her to make sure everything was just right. She is very happy and the nails are still good as new one week in.

I am from Charlotte and I travel for business. The team at rose nails are always kind and accommodating especially when I come in last minute. They do everything from ombré, to French and chrome powders! I’ve always been very pleased with the service and the job they do on my nails. I wait sometimes till I know I will be in town just to go here!

Very bad experience. My nails started peeling off after only 3 days. The nail technician did a really poor job—she didn’t remove my cuticles, and the manicure looked unfinished. When I mentioned it, she said I should have come with my nails already cut, which was unprofessional. Nail preparation should be part of the service. On top of that, the place looks outdated and not clean. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend

This review reflects the service I had done on 1/1/24. Nail Time is my typical go-to - however, they were fully booked. I was told to go to Rose Nails instead because they were not as busy, and they are owned by the same couple. I called at 3:07 and said I would be there in 10 minutes if they had availability; She said to come on in. I got there around 3:15. I already had previous gel polish on, so that had to be removed and that process takes a good bit of time with the soaking and all. I asked for a gel manicure, with classic French tips. The lady who did my nails was VERY rushed in the entire process. I typically get 2 coats done of the French tip part (at Nail Time). This nail technician did one coat. I mentioned to her there was air bubbles in the white, some were thicker than others

If you’re looking for the perfect Nail Art styles, this is the place to go! My favorite employee is Sophie, she does an amazing job in nail art and pedicures. The service is amazing, staff does no rushing to get done quickly. Water provided while nails or toes get done.
