Rose Nails

Ladies very rood I walked in this afternoon around 3 pm the doors were wide open with no clients inside she had her legs on the desk I walked in said are you open need full set she looked at me got up said what shape you like i said hold on let me get my wallet than I walked to my car my dog was inside since it was hot I didn’t want to leave him in the car I have a frenchie French bulldog they have breathing problems. I walked in w him with a lease she said sorry i can’t do ur nails no dogs I said it’s service dog I have paperwork she said come back later I’m busy now so roood not dog friendly dirty rood place do not go here !!!!!!! I walked in said I’m gonna report you took a picture they don’t care.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail shop. The owner was vey rude. My autistic daughter and I walked in and showed her exactly what my daughter wanted from a picture we brought, the shape, color and design. I left my daughter with her and got my nails done by the other tech that was there. I then noticed that the owner had colored my daughter's nails the way she wanted instead of how we had asked. The owner got upset and mad and yelled at us for asking her to change the color and even charged us for her mistake. I feel as an owner she should have been more respectful and not acted the way she did in front of her clients. She should have admitted her mistake and just correct it and not take it out on a client. She appears to be a nice person but that day I experienced a w

Owner is very unfriendly. If you have to cancel an appointment she whines and scolds you like you are a child. Is not considerate to her customers. I was a good customer and gave her generous tips, but when I had to cancel an appointment she turned on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. She does not no how to run a business.

Rose the owner is very unprofessional and ungrateful, always in a bad mood and rude. If you cancel, she’ll yell and hang up the phone. I’ve referred people to her nail salon before as well. I’ve been a great customer always shown up and one time I asked if she can accommodate me to a later appointment or another day she decides to mistreat me.That’s why I believe she has 3.3 review. Worse customer service. Goodluck!

Great local place! Best nails I've had in the area. She is very loyal to her customers. Also, look at her FB and Yahoo reviews; 4+ stars. I am always happy with my nails when I get them done at Rose's. I have my nails done at more expensive places and they were NOT as good and dont even talk to you. Rose is personable and does amazing work. Dont let a few stuck up reviews stop you from giving Rose a try!
