Rose Nails and Spa Texarkana

Tina did my cousin and I’s nails. Kelly did my pedicure both seem like they are in a bad mood. Honestly if I worked at a place my SON owned I’d definitely have better customer service to represent him in a positive way. Couple things about this place is they will try and do things without telling you, hide fees and push you to get the most expensive thing even when you repeatedly say no, thank you. So make sure you speak up about what you want. The utensils she used on my feet were in rough shape didn’t seem too sanitary. The pedicure was really rushed ): Kelly made comments about how my little cousin I brought with me was “ too big to be 10 “ “ you sure you’re 10 “ “ wow big girl haha “ and I told my cousin they probably just mean she’s tall but Kelly then asked if her dad was also big

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and really attentive to detail. My pedicure came out absolutely perfect, polished flawlessly, and exactly how I wanted it. Tony took him time with the massage and made sure I felt comfortable the whole visit. The salon itself is spotless, with a wide selection of colors and designs to choose from. I left feeling pampered and refreshed. Definitely my new go-to spot—I can’t wait to come back!

My fingernails always turn out great. But I'm no longer happy with the pedicures. There's a new lady and she halfway does the job. She uses the scrub with very little water which hurts when she massages my legs. And she misses things that should be done. Today when I got home, I noticed the polish was very sloppy. I will continue to get my nails done there, but I will no longer get pedicures. She's a nice lady and I was hoping she would've gotten better by now.

That was my first time at this nail salon. Kelly was the one who did my feet and she did such an amazing job she had a great attitude she answered any questions I had and she made sure I liked the service I was paying for not to mention I feel like I got my money worth! If you’re looking for a new place this is the spot!

If you’re wanting to get builder gel please do not waste your money .. I got my nails done 5 days ago and I decided to get builder gel because the lady, Tina, says they will last a month.. not even a week later, 3 DAYS LATER after the appointment one starts to catch onto fabric due to them already lifting and peeling and now 5 days later I’m already missing 3 nails. smh.
