Rose Nails 2

Ill post 2 pictures and then let the public be the judge. This is a fresh pedicure despite the dry feet (he barely scrubbed away any dead skin and the massage was a light breeze for 90 seconds). And please notice, you can still see the old pedicure color still on the nail (its pink) when clearly these nail wete teying to identify as orange glitter, clearly!. The gel was so far away from thw edge of my nail bed it had a different area code. Im regretting that tip they so openly encourage. Because in all honesty, he didnt deserve it for this job. Tips are earned, not expected. Also, doing virtual pay was a PITA. She kept saying i didnt pay even though on my phone it said I did and I saw mu name pop up on their phone with "payment from "my name" recieved" and she told me no, its not there. Oh

I had a great experience here! As soon as we walked in we were told to check-in and we waiting briefly! My son and daughter were with me and offered us a drink. They asked for our names and made sure we felt comfortable and got what we liked. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place.

My daughter and I enjoyed it. I do have a cut near the nail on my big toe that wasn't there before my pedicure. Women were nice.

Nothing bad with the customer service but the nails were done bad and fell off less than a week of having them so that’s super disappointing. The gel was over my cuticles and you could definitely see that after day 3. I’ve never had my nails fall off in less than a week. I would have liked then to at least last two weeks. I’m not rough on my nails either. My toes were also painted gel on my skin and cuticles. So those look horrible now and half my pinky wasn’t even painted. Overall disappointment with the service but everyone was super nice. Just a waste of 100$.

Loved my experience. Ladies were very nice. My acrylic nails came out just like the picture and the nail tech was quick and gentle!
