I really wish there was a way to give 0 stars. This place is absolutely awful. Please save your money and peace of mind. I came to this embarrassment of an establishment to simple get a new gel set. When first walked in I was rushed to get my nails worked on, so much that she has a worker that does pedicure come to help and take off my nails quickly. She then proceeded to glue the tips HALFWAY down my nails. When I noticed this I started to panic. She then started to file them and I asked for an almond shape and as you can see they were crooked and all of them were circular and thick, NOT almond. I had enough and told her to just leave them as is and paid $40 since she told me that’s what is due and walked out without even getting to the acrylic part. Trust me, do not cheat on your nail te

I recently moved to Nanuet and have tried several nail places. This by far has been my best experience. I get gel manicures and regular pedicures so I can’t speak for designs or anything beyond that. For the most part. I am always taken right on time. They are very good with repairing your nails if necessary.

I had an appointment for a pedicure. I showed up on time for my appointment, and they were not overly busy (there were 3 workers not working on anyone). One of the women sat me at the pedicure station, started the water, then turned it off. She then went and started assisting another worker who was already working on someone. Not one word was said to me about someone coming over to start on me soon. I just sat there. After 15 minutes, I got up to leave. The same woman then said she'd start me, but at that time, I just left. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon. Very unprofessional and they have poor communication skills. I went to another place in Nyack that took me right away and did an amazing job.

I hate it here, nobody speaks proper english and the service is really poor. I wanted to do french tips, but they didnt let me, The hispanic lady who did my nails made my cuticles bleed too. 1 star never coming back here again. 1 star. if i could, zero.

I've gone here several times over the years for Pedicures only. I prefer a specific lady (can't tell you or she will always be booked, lol). The other Hispanic ladies are also good. Had them replaced with one of the asian ladies once (not by choice, they just replaced my choice with her) and she cut me so close I bled a little. Not a big deal but I'm diabetic so it's not good. My GF wont come for Mani's anymore because she doesnt like them but I will only see my lady for Pedi's there.
