In search of a clean and Professional Lash specialist I stumbled upon a gem at the Rose Lashes Studio. I’m pretty picky and as such can be quite demanding. Anastasia surpassed my every expectation and then some! She is one of the sweetest, kindest people I’ve ever met. She has gentle yet expert hands, exudes confidence and calmness. My eyelashes and eyebrows always look great. She listens well and recommends if asked. Once you see this cute and adorable lash studio, you won’t to leave….and definitely will return. My lashes looked great! I paid for a Groupon for lash extensions & a fill. I showed up for my fill appointment and waited 30 minutes and she never showed up. I’ve called several times and left several messages and she will not return my calls to reschedule or provide a refund. I’m very disappointed in the unprofessional way this was handled.
