Rose Hair Braiding

Don't go here! Asked for knotless large braids and got a mix of different kinds of braids (see attached pics). Braids barely lasted 2 weeks. A complete waste of money.

I wanted to post this review to show support for the wonderful owners of this establishment. While I did not get my hair braided, I was having a very stressful night with my car breaking down right behind their salon. My phone's battery was nearly dead, I was alone and needed help. These ladies not only allowed me to wait in the salon for my tow driver but they also let me charge my phone for almost an hour while I waited for AAA. While I don't have the hair type or texture for braiding, I just wanted to say from a customer service perspective, they get five stars. These are good, caring people who look out for the well-being of others. So thank you ladies for helping me stay safe and I hope this review brings you loads of new and loyal clients! Just as another customer stated, I shared a picture of the style I wanted and the package of hair I had. I was told I needed a total of six packages. When I arrived for my appointment she said she never used that type of hair (the same hair you told me I needed more of) and tried to get me to purchase the hair in her shop. She complained and grunted that it's going to take longer than she expected. The icing on the cake is that she wanted to increase the price by $60. Seriously?!!! When I walked out the door of that shop I knew I would never return, EVER!

Worst experience with hair braiding. I went on a Saturday and made an appointment for Sunday at 10am. I was told two people would work on my hair. She didn't show up until 10:30 and only 1 person was able to work on me. The owner began to speak negativity about me, (not knowing that I speak French), telling my stylist to do something different then what I asked for in the back of my head, saying I would never know. They ran out of the color they were using on me and without letting me know, she used a color that was very dark and not in a consistent manner. I had so many more issues but at this point, I'd go on forever. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

I wanted my daughter hair cornrows ,I stopped in they told me come back in a hour, so I did ,three hour later after one lady was done,the lady that was asking me ,how do I want her hair started doing someone else hair that came in after me. So I left bcus I had my 9 month old and my 4 yr old with me ,it doesn't even take three hour for cornrows I could have came back later, or went somewhere else. Like let people know the real time I have better things to do then sit in that little hot box with no waiting seat or fans.
