This store customer service is horrible. I will never go in there again. I actually went looking for nails and came across a wig. The wig the women gave me wasn't the one I picked out. Went back to show them and of course now it's a problem. I don't know why we keep dealing with these people know they don't respect us. The lady basically told me I didn't know what i was talking about and tough luck. I just wish we would have more blacked own beauty supply stores. Yall want the black dollars but you don't want to have good customer service. This lady told me I didn't come it right. You can't make this up. I will make sure I let everyone I know not to do business here.

After looking at their wig selection in the back of the store for over 10 minutes while the gentleman never got off the phone to ask me if I needed help, I interrupted him to inquired about a wig, was told that if I wanted to try it on, it will cost a dollar. I bought the mandatory one dollar wig cap to try on the stores rule of a maximum of three wigs, which is weird because what if I wanted a wig for every day of the week which would equal seven wigs??? I couldn’t find anything I wanted so I was making my way to the cash register To pay my dollar and by the time I got to the front of the store the guy had called the cashier on her phone to tell her to block the door in case I try to leave without paying the one dollar. I let her know that I heard him make that call, I paid the one doll

Rose Beauty are wigs deceiving. I bought what I thought was an adult wig & it wouldn't fit my head. I took it back & told them I would take product not money back & they refused to even try to make me as a customer satisfied. I would not recommend this store.

Fun place to shop for odds and ends, for your hair. Cheap earrings are so cute... But remember $1.00 you get what you pay for 😅. But it's fun to walk through the isles and pick up odds and ends.
