Stumbled upon this gem! Amber was absolutely amazing! The hair cut, customer service, and conversation was top notch!! 10/10 recommended.

I left two messages about one week apart and never heard back. I did the same last year when I was here, guess they don’t need or want new clients.

Amber and Jessica are amazing!! You always leave feeling beautiful. Amber always helps my vision feel realized, which isn't easy with my super curly hair. Jessica is super sweet and patient with my 3 year old boy who wants to know what every single thing is and how it works. He loves going in to get his haircut. Great prices and great atmosphere.

Apparently this gal was new at Roots and I asked for a men’s cut 1” at the neck tapered to 1.5” on the top of my head. The top of my head was left over 2” to 2.25”. The hair was left over my ears and were not trimmed at all. Many areas were different lengths... When she was done she shuffled my hair to one side of my head and asked me how I wear my hair... I replied like it was when I came in. I then showed her. Apparently she payed no attention. She was very slow and did not offer me any confidence what so ever. I had to get my hair repaired after realizing what a poor haircut I received. This was the worst hair cutting experience I have ever had, and I am not picky! I will never go back there and wouldn’t recommend going there..

Zero, I was referred from a patron, left a message 3 days ago, no response, went somewhere else! It's not like they could be over worked working 3 days a week, I would not recommend. Sorry.
