Fabulous Experience at Roots Salon with Stylist Nicole and Team! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Roots Salon and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a super cute and modern ambiance that instantly put me at ease. My stylist, Nicole, is an absolute gem! Not only does she work magic with hair, but she also made the entire experience incredibly enjoyable with her friendly and engaging conversation. It felt like catching up with an old friend rather than just a typical salon visit. Nicole's skill and expertise truly shine through in her work. I couldn't not write a review after my experience at roots salon. I took my daughter in here after a horrible botched hair cut and Anna squeezed her in between two of her clients and helped to fix what got messed up and her hair looked so much better.. then I decided to book an appointment with her for being so gracious with my daughter. I just left there and I have to say my hair has NEVER looked better. I am so happy with the results. The salon has an awesome atmosphere too! Can't wait for my next appointment!

It’s sad when you have to rate a business one star even before being serviced. My daughter made a call to get an appt, she explained to them what she wanted done & her hair history. I’m guessing it was the receptionist she spoke to who said they were booked up, but would take her info and call her in 2 weeks. A little over two weeks went by, and my daughter did not receive a call. So she decided to call them to check on the status of availability. The receptionist said she didn’t see her info, and that someone either threw it away, or someone took the info and was going to call her. It’s been over two weeks. This whole thing has been over a month. While I understand it may be busy, but a follow up would’ve been nice. It’s not very professional at all. She decided to go elsewhere that actua

The atmosphere of Roots is very welcoming. Everyone seems genuine and friendly with each other and with clients. A friend referred me to Amanda, and she has been great!
