Roots Salon

I am new to the area so I was looking for a good salon. I read a bunch of reviews for Roots & I kept seeing good reviews & Maddie's name pop quite a bit so I decided to call, I asked for her & they got me right in! I got full set of highlights & a cut.. I totally see why she has great reviews! One of the best cut & colors I've ever had! She took her time to make sure I was happy. I would 100% recommend Maddie C. & the salon! Very pleased!

I have been going to Roots for about 3 years now, and every time, I am completely satisfied with the service and results. Whether it’s coloring, cutting, styling, etc, I always leave feeling luxurious and definitely looking it too. I always get my hair cut with Jeremiah, and not only does he do a fantastic job, he’s easy to talk to, and easy to collaborate with on what I’m looking for in each cut and “look”. And to add yet another detail, my hair’s health has improved so much from his recommendations and advice that have no turned into my daily care routine. I am beyond pleased after my appointments and am never stressed to walk in and ask for what I need. I love going into Roots!

The best in cookeville by far! Very clean and professional atmosphere, and the stylists are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as well. Maddie was my stylist for years and was amazing! They never product push and use aveda which smells amazing! Their curly hair services are also bomb. The prices are incredible too! Amazing value and great quality. I can’t reccomend roots enough.

I’ve been having my hair done here for over 5 years now. Emily, the owner, is very involved and caring. I see Morgan and she is excellent at what she does. I call her my Tennessee daughter. She takes such good care of me. Love her!

Lexi is very easy going and eager to know exactly what you want. Very professional. I relocated from a big city fearing I would not find what I want for my color and curly hair. I found Roots Salon and Lexi and couldn’t be more grateful!
