I saw Tori for a highlight/lowlight/toner/cut and she nailed it! The colors are nearly an exact match to my inspiration pictures - an impressive accomplishment considering where my hair started and that this was achieved in a single service! She maintained consultative, transparent communication, and has a clear talent for turning words to vision, and shifting vision to reality. Roots is also a gorgeous and comfortable salon! Such a cute place with great atmosphere. The boutique is a great place for unique and fun gift ideas! Of course, Jenny the owner is the best in the biz at hair. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming.

I’ve been going to Jenny to get my hair cut/colored for 17 years. My mom has been going to her since she graduated beauty school. She’s great at what she does and she truly cares about her clients. I can’t personally speak to any other stylist in the salon but I can tell you that she surrounds herself with the best so you’ll be in good hands no matter who you go to at Roots.

Carrie takes care of my whole family. These ladies know their stuff, and care so much about their clients. If you're searching for a new stylist, stop in. It's the right place.
