Visited the salon for the first time today and was very impressed. As someone who usually feels intimidated and has honestly been traumatized by salons, I felt welcomed and left feeling brand new. Alexis listened to what I was looking for and gave me tips on how to style/care for my hair. Overall great experience, quality and price.

Kate has been my colorist and stylist for several years. She is an expert and a true professional. Her salon is clean, comfortable and has great parking. She utilizes up to date technology for booking. My hair has never looked better or been healthier. I recommend Roots Hair Lounge and Kate to anyone who needs the services that she offers.

I've been going to Kate for years now when she used to work at another location. I'm happy she has her own salon now. She is truly talented and does amazing work. I've never been disappointed. I definitely recommend this location. The place is very nice and clean. You will not be disappointed.

Went here for the first time yesterday and I will definitely be re-booking for the future. My hair is looking and feeling healthier even after a highlight service. Catherine was the stylist and she seems to really care for the health of your hair before anything else. The salon is beautiful and clean.

Kate cut my hair and did a great job. Her shampoos are so relaxing and I love the way she takes the time to texturize and style my hair. The salon itself is extremely clean, a great location, and easy parking. Will definitely be back and refer everyone to Roots :)
