I started going to see Beatrice at Roots since 2018. I started taking my daughters and myself to see Beatrice for tinsel. It has since turned into us going and getting hair cuts and color. Beatrice is always flexible, friendly and professional. The salon is clean and welcoming, plus it is a great location (5th Ave). I highly recommend Beatrice and Dahlia to everyone. It is a great family environment to be in.

I am very happy to have discovered Beatriz at Roots Salon! My husband and I are living the dream on our new boat, but my hair was living the nightmare of being away from my hairdresser for too long. I badly needed a cut and color, but it's hard to find a good hairdresser, and I'd been taking my time about it. I looked into several salons before deciding on Bea, and I'm very glad I did. She really listened to me, recreated the hair color that Mother Nature gave me before the gray kicked in, and made my 57 year-old hair look natural and lovely.
