I received a reflexology and lymphatic facial massage, and it was such an amazing way to begin 2026. I left feeling deeply relaxed, and the sinus pressure I had been experiencing was completely relieved. She intentionally focused on that area during the reflexology, which made a huge difference. Later that evening, I had the best night of sleep. I’m already looking forward to booking with Jaliah again soon!

First time experiencing reflexology and I love it. As an active person with many reoccurring injuries and stress, I can not recommended this enough. Jaliah was warm, welcoming, and answered all of my questions.

An absolutely restorative experience! I enjoyed a 60 minute custom massage with the facial lymphatic drainage added on. My body was so tired going into the appointment and after I felt refreshed and renewed. I could literally feel the tension releasing in my face from the lymphatic facial. I would absolutely recommend Rooted Sole Wellness. Can’t wait to try her other experiences!!!
