Rooted Salon + Spa

Both photos are after Tasha did my hair!! Tonight was my third appointment with Tasha. I went into my first appointment wanting to go lighter and differed to her advice on how best to get back to a brighter blonde that I was several years ago. I shared photos with her of what I wanted to achieve. She was realistic and gave great advice on how best to get to the color I wanted without damaging my hair. Each appointment, I have left feeling in love with my hair! She is great at recommending products without being pushy. She has helped me find both a new regular shampoo and conditioner, as well as a great purple shampoo that I really like, too! She is friendly and kind and I have been thoroughly impressed with her service. As far as Rooted as a whole, I have enjoyed every experience there.

A friend of mine bought me a gift card for my birthday and got this salon confused with one in Spokane with a similar name. I called and emailed this salon with no response. I finally got in touch with someone and the owner said that they do not issue refunds and I could just find someone to buy my gift card from me. I live over two hours away and it was an error that this gift card was purchased at Rooted Salon & Spa, yet Morgan Johnson refused to have a conversation with me, choosing instead to have her employee relay a message of trying to sell it to someone. Hailee is an amazing stylist. She is very honest and is super knowledgeable when it comes to hair. She is also very sweet and I have so much fun chatting with her every time she does my hair. My hair color looks amazing and I feel ready for the New Year! Thanks Hailee!

Morgan at Rooted has been cutting my hair for years! And after looking for months for someone up to the challenge of cutting my super short, pixie, choppy, hair…she didn’t hesitate. She can create ANYTHING I show her or I give her free rein to create and she DELIVERS! This woman is a master! It’s an art and a science and she knows her stuff. Trust her to cut your hair or train the person who does!

I’ve seen Chloe a couple times now. She gives the most relaxing facials and is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin. She also shaped my brows perfect every time. I would highly recommend her!
