Michelle is amazing!!! She makes me feel heard when I’m explaining any problem areas I’d like to have focused on but is also extremely intuitive which is awesome! She provides a custom experience based on your specific needs and you can tell she is very knowledgeable with massage, cupping, movement and stretching techniques (to name a few). She is great at explaining if you have any questions and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. I always leave my appointments feeling great and will not be going anywhere else! Michelle is wonderful! I started going to Michelle to help rehab from an injury but enjoyed the experience so much I've become a regular. She always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. She consults with me about needs, goals, areas of concern and she continues to check in with me throughout. You can really tell that Michelle is interested in helping you feel your best.
