The women at Rooted Beauty Collective are absolutely incredible! Tasha was our hair and makeup artist for my wife’s and my Hollywood-style wedding, and she made us feel beyond beautiful. She was warm, professional, and made us feel completely accepted and celebrated as a lesbian couple, which meant so much to us. Our looks were flawless and exactly what we envisioned! Jessica is an outstanding massage therapist! I can’t stress enough how amazing I felt after my session with her. She’s intuitive, skilled, and creates such a relaxing experience. Tasha’s work is truly amazing. During my wedding hair and makeup trial my car’s air conditioning was not working. Due to having an outdoor August wedding and living almost two hours from her studio, I used the hot car as a trial run for how well the hair and makeup would hold up in the midsummer heat. When I arrived, Tasha eased my nerves with her friendly, calm demeanor and asked all the questions to find out what I had envisioned for my wedding look. Then Tasha bibbidi-bobbidi-boo’d the perfect look. The makeup and hair stayed fresh through the two hour drive back home for me to show my family. I was the photographer for a wedding that Tasha also worked on, and to put it simply, I was OBSESSED with her work. The brides had a very particular vision and Tasha executed it perfectly and completely exceeded our expectations. All of the girls that Tasha worked on truly felt and looked SO flawless. As a photographer, the bride & her girls feeling their best is honestly the backbone of my photos; our girls need to look their best to feel their best & Tasha + her team absolutely delivered. Our bride kept saying she felt like a movie star, which conveyed perfectly into the movie star-esque photos I was able to take due to her feeling that way. She looked iconic. 10/10 recommend and can't wait to work with her again!!

Tasha helped create the most magical looks for our wedding day on both my wife and myself. Her team was quick, listened to everyone’s wants and executed them perfectly. Tasha was more than an artist that day. She was an ear to listen and shoulder to cry on ( emotional bride feelings) and most importantly, accepted us as an LGBTQ couple. I will look back on these photos for years and still think it’s the most beautiful I’ve ever looked.

Tasha made my wedding day a breeze! She came to meet 11 of us on my wedding day to do both hair and makeup. They arrived early and finished before her deadline. Both Tasha and her sister took their time and paid close attention to each individual client and brought their visions to life with both their hair and makeup.
