I highly recommend this service! Kyrielle did an amazing job and I left feeling so relaxed. My scalp feels nice and open. The atmosphere is relaxing and calming. The whole experience was worth every penny! I will definitely be going back!!

Shelby took amazing care of me from the minute I walked in, till the very last step I took out the door. She is so kind, thorough and truly wants (and succeeds) to do right by her clients. My oily scalp and hair thinning have made me self conscious for long enough and I decided to put myself into Root Rituals care and boy do I wish I would have gotten myself in with an appointment sooner! Shelby listens and advises without any sort of “salesy” attitude when it comes to products she recommends depending on your “scalp goals”. The studio is clean, warm, comfortable and so very welcoming. I’m a person that does not typically enjoy massages, but I could sit with Shelby for hours if possible! I can’t wait to be back to be pampered all over again.

As someone with a troubled scalp this was such a wonderful experience. Shelby was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The room was extremely clean and cozy. There is absolutely nothing she could add to the service to make it better because it is already perfect. It was worth every penny and I will definitely be back!

I had my first scalp spa experience at Root Rituals and I am HOOKED! I was impressed with how thorough and professional Kyrielle was throughout the entire process. The scalp analysis was so informative. The treatment was divine! I felt like a new person leaving this truly luxurious service. I struggle with a dry and itchy scalp in the colder months and I woke up the next day with a calm scalp for the first time since the summer. Kyrielle had a lovely, calming energy and magic hands! I cannot wait to experience this again!
