Root Down Hair Studio

Came in for the first time today. Jess cut, colored and styled my hair. She did a great job and I have another appointment with her. I really enjoyed the experience. The salon is very nice and chic. So thankful that they are in this area!

I have been a customer at Root Down Hair studio since it opened and a customer of Chad’s at previous salons. They are professional, provide amazing service, and incredible stylists. They are more than just a salon; they treat their customers like family. I have recommended many people to their services over the years and most are still customers. They promote local businesses and take care of their customers. I’ve witnessed this personally. Excellent salon!

Brenna is an artist when she cuts my hair. Brings out the best in my hair and I always love what she has done at the end of the visit. I get so many compliments and I am happy to recommend her and Root Down to others. She is so warm and friendly as are all the staff there! They care about their customers beyond taking care of their hair needs. It's a joy to get my hair done in such a warm and positive salon. I'm local and a regular customer- love you guys! Any negative reviews are just plain fabrication, makes you wonder how people get to be so hateful.

I recently moved here and have tried other salons with no luck of finding the right fit, Maggie at Root Down listened to me, was super nice and gave me a very professional thorough haircut and styling. Let me just say that over the past 60+ years that I have been going to a hairdresser, this salon is top notch. I was welcomed warmly, and throughout the appointment had a conversation with my hairdresser, and he was exceptional. He inquired as to exactly what I wanted, and how I wanted my hair to look after I was done as he continued to check to see if I was ok with the style. When my appointment was over, I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the styling that I had asked for. I received many many compliments on the new hairstyle and cut, and I recommended this salon at those time. I also say that the convenience of scheduling online and after each appt. Is great. The online reminder that I received the day before my appointment to confirm, I will be there works out great for me. A
