This young girl totally screwed my 67 year old mother's hair up 2 days ago and the worst part is she charged my mother 135 to totally mess her hair up she took a photo of what she wanted and she came home looking NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO NOT EVEN THE SAME HAIR COLOR AS IN THE PHOTO SHE TOOK WITH HER. YOU NEED TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOUR MISTAKE AND GIVE MY MOTHER A REFUND
