Took my son in for a haircut with Latifah and it was a great experience. Latifah was calm, friendly, and really good with him. She took a minute to check what we wanted, then got on with it. The cut came out exactly how we hoped, clean and tidy, and my son was comfortable the whole time. The booking process was simple and quick. We were seen on time and it all felt easy from start to finish. We’ll be back.

Ruth gave my son the best haircut he’s ever had! She listened to what we wanted and what HE wanted! She made him feel confident and comfortable! She was incredibly patient and talented and a master of her craft! We scheduled his next appointment before we left because we want to make sure he continues to see Mrs. Ruth! Highly recommend her for guys who are serious about their hair like my son!

Another perfect haircut from the team at Roosters! I had the pleasure of being cut by Ms. Latifah and she did a fantastic job. Had my cut done exactly as shown/described to her and she had me out of there in 20 minutes. He had me in and out in about 20 minutes and gave me the cut I desired based off my prior photos. Everything went smooth as always. Can’t thank Roosters enough for their group, y’all are the best. ’ve been to this place several times. A few visits were okay, and occasionally it was even great — but it really depends on the stylist. Unfortunately, my latest experience was terrible. The haircut was done in about 15 minutes, mostly using a trimming machine. It’s honestly one of the worst haircuts I’ve had in a long time. It’s uneven to the point that I’m considering just shaving everything off to fix it. I believe they should ensure their stylists have proper training or qualifications. I’m giving 2 stars only because some of my previous visits were better. I definitely won’t be going back. In my opinion, it’s not any better than Great Clips.

My first visit to Rooster's was a great experience. I usually groom my bald head and goatee myself, but I had let it get a bit too long for me to clean it up easily. It's nice to treat yourself to a full-service, professional shave and haircut. I highly recommend it Latifah did a great job and left my head and face squeaky clean!
