They do not in fact, fix bad haircuts at no charge. I took my grandma there for a last minute haircut on Christmas Eve. She came out good. I had gotten a haircut prior (somewhere else) and it came out bad. My grandma kept insisting on paying for them to fix it, I kept saying no because she’s my grandma and she don’t have much money. She told me it was going to be my gift, so I ended up caving, since they said if it came out bad again, they would fix it at no charge. It came out bad. My family kept saying I looked like an actual rooster so they called me gallito all Christmas Eve and day. I went back and choose something they’d be able to do (I have curly hair). I took my son to Roosters Barbershop, which is located on Benson Palm Drive. Great place, has a lot of character and an inviting feel to it. There are plenty of chairs and barbers inside, the place is busy but that's a good thing. The owner was there, and we had the pleasure to meet him. He was telling us how he started up and that this day was the anniversary of opening day. Anyways, we loved our haircuts and enjoyed the conversations.

Brought my 6yo son and I was welcomed and my son was sitting in a chair within two minutes! I didn’t get the barber’s name but he was phenomenal, talked to my son and made him feel so comfortable. Highly recommend !!

Great service. They open at 10am and they were already busy when we got there. Greeted us as soon as we came in. Nephew had a certain cut in mind and they did it just like he wanted. They take their time with customers and do it right.

I’ve been getting my haircut by rooster for over 11 years, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Always consistent, professional, and detail-oriented. He knows exactly how I like my cut and always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. More than just a barber—he’s someone who genuinely cares about his clients.
