Went there to threading my eyebrows before work. They were about to close but I got there 10 minutes before closing. I got them threaded and walkiled back to my car without looking at it and as I sat in my car and looked in the mirror my brows were just the same as it was before didnt look any different (bushy and out of shape). I then called back the store and told them im not satisfied and im coming back the lady said ok. Then I reach back the owner was explaining in their language (indian) to the lady that did my brow that I wanted it in shape a little more balance.... little did I know that was my worst mistake. When she was done I had little to no brow left with them not even being identical.... most hideous brows EVER!!! Best i stick to my regular. Never again. The customer service w

Wanted a trim and half my hair is gone, so upset. Loved my long hair. It’s also extremely uneven. I don’t know how they have a cosmetology license if they even have one. PLEASE NEVER COME HERE FOR YOUR HAIR. I am so sad. It’s unbelievable. I asked for 2 inches off and they cut at least 6. The person who cut my hair needs to never cut hair again
