Room 17 HEAD SPA

My first time having a scalp spa and it was life changing! Came with my best friend for the birthday duo experience. Chocolate strawberries, champagne and they make you feel so special and pampered. Worth every penny! Ask for Zahar and Zoe they were very sweet, gentle hands and took really good care of us! Highly recommend Room 17 you will leave like you're walking on clouds. Definitely coming back!

Paid $150 for 1hour and 30mins and she was done in exactly 1 hour. Plus most of the time was wasted in getting things together for each service. Water would be too hot then she completed everything with water that was too cold. Another thing they don't even show you the "after" results of your scalp. They should show if the scalp actually got cleaned after the service. After payment I had a "$15" off coupon for next time which they did not transfer to me and just brushed it off by saying "you will get a text." I should've gotten a text right away if I got a $15 off coupon. First experience never going back

I booked the Luxury Waterfall Head Spa, and for $170, it was hands down the best spa service I have ever had—and I’m 57 years old. From start to finish, this experience was absolutely incredible. This is not just a head spa—it’s full-body relaxation at the highest level. They included a hydrating face mask, a full facial massage, head massage, neck, chest, and shoulder massage, all done with beautiful oils. What a spectacular Mother’s Day we had! Room 17 far exceeded the expectations of myself, my mother, and my two daughters. The facility is sparkling clean. The staff was so gracious, kind, and welcoming. I wish I lived locally so I could spend time at Room 17 regularly! EDITED: I contacted the spa by email several times and my daughter called there because I requested to know what types of oils they used. My doctor is testing me for allergies. The spa has never replied and the gentleman who spoke with my daughter was completely unhelpful and unconcerned with my request. I’m sorry to say this has greatly impacted my review and experience.
