Manager rude, too bothered.. Refused to allow and explain tech to texture cut when tried to explain how I needed thick crown textured. She insisted only to use thinning shears. When I explained shorter pinched with scissors only below top layer. Manager insisted not allowed or could not understand thinning shears causes top too short and is different. Manager scolded me to ask tech to pinch under cut. Stopped the session. I had to leave with unfinished cut after being insulted to even request new tech to do. Traumatized a bit when manager tried to intimidate me after making such a scene misleading techs now making a scene, trying to make it appear I was a problem when she was bothered by tech to be shown and manager insisted it would make top too short. Manager refused and insisted tech

I attended the Project Connect in Winchester & these folks were there giving free haircuts! Even being free, they did a great job & made myself & others VERY happy! It's a blessing to look nice & feel better! Thanks!

This is the dirtiest salon I’ve ever been in. Lazily hung printer paper “signs” and merchandise purchased directly from AliBaba. Crumbs and trash stuffed in the couches, terrible loud religious hip hop blaring on cheap speakers. I wouldn’t go here if they paid me.

These are great people with magical skills. The three of us went in as dirty hillbillies and came out beautified! We looked like a totally different group of people leaving than when we arrived! ❤

Dirty salon, smelled like mildew, poor service, kids running around while they tried to cut my hair, which ended up being very uneven.
