I had the most amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a relaxing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The space was spotless, beautifully organized, and had such a calming vibe. My nail technician Nurobi was incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about making sure I loved the final result. She took her time shaping my nails perfectly and helped me choose a color & design that turned out even better than I imagined. The precision and artistry were top-tier — I’ve received so many compliments! What really stood out was the level of customer care. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The tools were clearly sanitized, and everything felt clean

I had such a great experience here! Sheila did my nails and she did an absolutely amazing job. She is so talented, detail-oriented, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. My nails came out beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. Sheila is also very kind and professional, and you can tell she truly cares about her work. I highly recommend asking for Sheila if you come here. She is so good at her job! I will definitely be coming back, and I recommend everyone to come here for their nails.

I bring her my inspo pics and she matches them spot-on — honestly even better sometimes! 💅✨ Her customer service is fabulous and she makes you feel comfortable the whole appointment. I once had another gentleman forgot his name but he did amazing as well. So I recommend anyone. The vibe is relaxing, clean, and welcoming. And don’t forget to grab your mimosa while you sit back and relax 🥂

I went to Roma for the first time yesterday & could not have been happier with my experience. As soon as I walked in I audibly gasped at how beautifully the salon was done. It is bright, sparkly new & inviting. I checked in & was offered a fancy & delicious holiday cocktail. I was shown where to sit right away & showed my nail tech a picture of the design I wanted. They picked out the colors for me perfectly, which I appreciated not having to take the time to figure out the colors myself. My nail tech did not rush & asked how I was liking my nails throughout the service. My nails were done perfectly & I was very pleased. When I checked out, they let me know all services were 15% off for a limited time to celebrate their grand opening! Very nice people, every interaction I had with the staf

Wow! Can’t say enough about Roma Nail Bar in Elk Grove Village and owner/nail tech, Stephanie. This is pampering and luxury you deserve, from the state of the art pedicure chairs to the complimentary beverages. (The Vietnamese coffee is remarkable, by the way.) What really shines is the skill and quality of the nail care that is given. Stephanie always knows what color will please me, even if I don’t think so at first! Take their recommendations, because they are experts in their field. You will be thrilled with the results. Customer service is excellent as well and the salon is gorgeous!
