love the service here!! archana always does my eyebrows nice st right. i was skeptical before going here about getting my eyebrows done but i do not regret it at all. i 100% recommend if you want flawless eyebrows.

Richa never disappoints. My eyebrows always look incredible, and after 7 years coming here, I can honestly say I’d never go anywhere else. The service is excellent and the whole team is super friendly. I’ll always recommend this place for the quality of their work.

I visited today for eyebrow threading/waxing, and I’m really impressed. Richa took her time to understand the shape I wanted and made sure both brows looked even and defined. The salon was clean, and the staff were so welcoming. My brows look clean and polished without being overdone — highly recommend!

I have never had any issues, she is consistently kind, professional, and attentive. I truly appreciate her work and highly recommend her.

I went to Richa for eyebrow threading today and it was a terrible experience. I told her I wanted to keep my eyebrows thick, but she was rude, impatient, and didn’t listen. Instead, she made them thin and completely ruined the shape. Worst of all, she cut the skin on my eyelid while threading and didn’t even apologize. Very careless and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place—save your skin.
