If you suffer from chronic pain you are going to want to read this. I was in a car accident several years ago and suffered from some some pretty serious whiplash. I have had crazy tight should/nuck muscles resulting in limited mobility in my neck, causing daily headaches and some self diagnosed insanity. I have been doing bi-weekly massages for a few years that havent really given any permanant relief. Well a good friend/massage therapist recommended I try rolfing. Well i will try anything at this point. After my 1st session i could turn my neck far enough to check my blind spots in my car without moving my whole upper body. I even had a PT appointment where he messured my mobility it had increased 20 degrees in both directions and that was one session. I have since started the full 10 s

I highly recommend for anyone interested in solving neck pain or postural issues like forward head posture, upper cross syndrome, or excessive anterior pelvic tilt. I have dealt with chronic pain in my neck and leg for years and tried many methods to solve it: massage, chiropractic, physical therapy, and various exercise regimens with little success. After a few sessions, I see and feel significant posture improvement with no remaining neck pain. I am finally starting to feel comfortable and relaxed in my body. More than worth the very reasonable investment in my health.

I have struggled since breaking an ankle eight years ago. I initially came to Rolfing Iowa to see if the inward misalignment of my knee resulting from the ankle injury could be helped without surgery. The result of just few sessions of treatment resulted in an improved gait, more stamina when walking, less knee pain, better leg and hip alignment and reduced nighttime cramping. It was amazing and continues to be improved with some maintenance. While continue to work on my leg, treatment has also been done on my neck and lower back resulting in improved posture and less holding of tension in my upper body. I would highly advise buying the 10 pack…repeatedly. There’s an awful lot of bang for your buck with what you get with this modality and with Frank. He’s also willing to work with you as far as scheduling and frequency. I find that even though I seem to be a back slider and need to have a few things worked on repeatedly (part of that is that I’m older and my connective tissue is a little stiffer) I am much improved in alignment. This includes things seemingly unrelated such as ease of breath. My overall well-being seems to benefit. If you are young ,invest now because you’re connective tissue is a little more elastic although it is never too late. I wholeheartedly recommend Frank specifically, and rolfing in general.

I am so grateful to have found Frank/Rolfing Iowa. I have never experienced body work like what Frank does. I look forward to my sessions each week and I always leave feeling really relaxed (mind and body). I am excited for the progress that we have been making! Frank makes me feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing body work. I think that he is very fairly priced.
