Rolf Bodyworks

I saw Rob for the Rolfing ten series and finished the course with a deeper and healthier connection to my body. Besides decreased physical discomfort, Rob also helps you become aware of movement patterns that you might not be conscious of, and tips and tricks to move in different ways. There is also a strong sense of peace and relaxation while working with Rob, thanks to both his expertise in bodywork and the calming studio environment. I look forward to continuing to work with him in the future!

Rolfing is such an art-form that I wish everyone gets an opportunity to experience and explore in their healing journey. His attention and skill in the art of Rolfing is incredible, a true healer that listens and meets you exactly where you are in your body and in the moment. Rob Martin is a very talented healer. He is very intuitive and knowledgeable and this shines through his services. The first Thai massage I received from him sparked my interest in massage and learning the art, which Rob is a master of the craft. He will tell you there's always more to learn which is why his classes are a must to take. I have enjoyed every experience I have ever had at Rolf Bodyworks.
