I Did my hair rebounding today from Rokhsana apu. She’s the best and the expert on her work for sure. My hair giving all the shine it needed she made it look really good. Recommend her 10/10. Visit her or make appointment with her to do your hair permanent straitening. She will give her best to make you happy with the result for sure.

Hi I had a terrible experience at this salon. The shop was dirty, which was already concerning, but what made it worse was how extremely rude the staff were. There was zero professionalism — I was spoken to in a disrespectful tone, and any attempt to ask questions or clarify things was met with attitude. The communication was poor throughout, and I left feeling upset and uncomfortable. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. Basic respect and cleanliness are the bare minimum, and this salon failed on both.

Very very bad place for ear piercings. I had my 4 year old get her ears pierced here and let me say it’s the worst place you can go for a piercing. First of all, they gave a very very cheap earring that turned rotten the next day, and it’s causing my child to get an infection. Second, they did not provide any aftercare or any advice about how I should care for the piercing. Didn’t say a single word about how should I care for the piercing and how long that earring should stay on the ears before I can change it to another one. Please don’t go here with your child to get a piercing. Pay extra and go to a better place if you care about your child.

I visited ROKSHANA'S WORLD (Beauty Salon & Boutique) and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the place may look appealing on the outside, I felt that the attitude toward certain customers was not as welcoming or respectful as it should be. Everyone deserves to be treated with equal kindness and dignity, regardless of background. Based on what I experienced, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this business to others.

I did several times hair straightening in Bangladesh and New York City. I stopped doing it for few years. My hair condition was worse. Rokhsana apu made it wonderful. I am really happy of her service. She has a kind and wonderful personality. I will be her regular customer definitely.
