I love all of the wellness tools that ROHCT has to offer and the ease/convenience of 24/7 access! Yesterday I treated myself to a “turbo boost” session with SOL, incorporating vibration plate, lymph massage, red light, Access Bars, and myofascial release - WOW! Not only was my consciousness & confidence (around some mental blocks) raised, but SOL found an area on my leg that had been hurting for weeks and it’s completely better today! I’ll be back for sure!
Amazing Service, Cold plunge and Sauna were great. 10/10 Recommend to anyone in Flagstaff looking for a place to treat their body to a relaxing time.

This place is amazing. Cold plunge ❄️ (ChillyGoat), Sauna ☀️(Sunlighten infrared mPulse), IV therapy, coworking, studying, classes, rad people, workshops, dancing, nootropics… 🥹like errrmahgerd. I’m in love. 🤩
Was willing to help me until 10 at night for altitude sickness. Gave me oxygen and an IV drip. No more headache! Very grateful.
