Love this salon 🤍 Alicia is incredibly kind and very professional at what she does. She always listens carefully to what I want and somehow makes it turn out even better than I imagined. Every time I leave, my hair looks healthy, shiny, and beautiful ✨ The place is always super clean, well cared for, and has such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Everyone who works there is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. This is truly a place where you feel pampered and leave happy with the results. I highly recommend it! 💇‍♀️💖

I took my daughter to Rococo’s Salon for a hair cut. With her curly hair, I was worried that she would not get the style she wanted. Not only did Alicia give her EXACTLY what she wanted, my daughter now refuses to go anywhere else! Today we went in to get her hair colored. This was her very first time getting color. The ladies went above and beyond with helping my daughter understand what style would look best on her, how to maintain her color, and informed her of the entire process set by step. My daughter looked spectacular when it was finished! Not only did she get the exact hair she wanted, she was given a massive boost in her confidence from these ladies. 10/10 will come back many times again!

i would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone at all. Save your MONEY AND TIME. i was in the salon for a full 8 HOURS. THEY DID NOT give me what i asked for and still charged me full price. i wasn’t going to leave a bad review but everyone that saw my hair said it was not worth the price they made me pay. i asked for blonde or to at least have my hair A lighter COLOR and i left with dark brown with a few blonde streaks for $325 and $55 of that was for the haircut ?? which they cut super short after i told them i wanted to keep the length they kept going shorter and shorter. i’ll never trust anyone with my hair again.

Alicia is a very kind woman. She did a wonderful job with my make up application and hair style. I asked for a natural look with waves in my hair. I was extremely happy when she turned the chair around to show her magic. She made this 52 year old look younger! Thanks Alicia!

I requested an A-Line haircut. I asked Alicia Sanchez if she was comfortable with that haircut. She nodded, so I trusted her acknowledgment. I wish I hadn't. I had to end the haircut. She was no longer executing a haircut, she was cutting more and more hair in futility. She kept making more mistakes in the pursuit of correcting her prior mistakes. I told her that I was okay ending the haircut and paying. She got irate. Speaking loudly about me "Not letting her do her job." I told her "I'm sure you're very skilled, but you're too controlling to service your clients needs." She threw a tantrum and said "No, you're controlling." I had to pay an infantile to butcher my hair. That's my mistake and I'm paying for it. The atmosphere seemed so welcoming. I met a repeat customer who lo
