Rockwall Makerspace

Phenomenal culture and support for makers in the Rockwall area. From tools and and tinkering to testing out project ideas, this space and community can provide a space to use tools from woodworking to 3d printing. There are regular tours on Sundays by appointment and a discord and meetup for regular communication. Training and guides are periodically posted for support.

Rockwall Makerspace is a dream come true for anyone that wants to learn new skills or needs a place to create a wide variety of projects. The team and fellow members are extremely helpful in providing resources, training and guidance on how to use machines in the wood shop, CNC machine, laser engraver, 3D printer, vinyl printer, heat press... and always adding new machines. Recent updates to the work space have been well thought out, cleaned up and organized for the greatest ease of use. Communication tools, such as online forums, further enhance the experience for members to ask questions and collaborate to get their projects done. Has an awesome set of tools and machines to the point that there probably isn't much left missing for most people. Engraving, 3D printing, wood*, metal, etc. they have it all. Nice setup and building to do all sorts of projects. Wish I had the time in life to go play around here!

My husband and I love this place. I have used their equipment (laser cutter, wood shop equipment, and more) for building a door knob hanger for hats, shelves for my office, and more. If you don't want to own the tools then just join and use theirs!
