Rockingham Nails

I was visiting from Florida and treated my family to pedicures on Friday. By Monday the gel nail polish on my toes came clean off of my toes. The polish must be old or the UV light was broken. I have been calling to speak with them to discuss the issue and send pictures, the phone just rings and rings and now I am being sent to voicemail. Nice staff very poor quality polish.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Me and my sister went and the dude messed both our nails up! My sister wanted plain colors and they didn’t have the colors and they was common colors so she choose ombré polish and the nails didn’t even come out ombré they was just plain blue he didn’t cut the nails even and he didn’t file both sides of the nails. Then mine wasn’t no where near what I wanted the colors was right but no the design I wanted and my nails wasn’t the right length or filled down correctly !!! I highly don’t recommend them we spent 95 dollars in there and it wasn’t even close to what we wanted went and got them fixed a hour later at a different salon! Pictures of what they did and we didn’t like !

I went in to get a fill in and repair. When I got a tip put on and he went to file it, he ripped my nail down to the skin then just glued it back together without asking if I was okay. My nails are all uneven and both of my thumbs are cut.

I went on a Tuesday and by Thursday afternoon the gel polish was already coming off. I'm very disappointed in the work they put in. I would not recommend it here. The man that did my nails was very rude. The polish was very thick and my nails look terrible.

I did not like the service, the men were rude, and I was not satisfied with my nails at all. He did push my cuticles back and when he polished my nails he did a rush job. I will not be going back.
