I asked for highlights, which part of that did you not understand? The fact that you did not want to make it right, is what makes you so unprofessional. **I came in asking for highlights, because my highlights had grown out and my assumption was that Mekall was a professional and knew what she was doing. She did a nice job blowing out my hair and made look nice before I left but the next day, I pulled my hair back and much to my surprise, there were NO highlights, what the heck, all the highlights were on the backside of my head, she basically highlighted my existing highlights. So I came back in to show her that there were no highlights in front. She acted like nothing was wrong, handed me a mirror to point out the highlights on my backside. And I asked what about face framing highlights

Just a wonderful welcoming environment as soon as you walk in. MeKall immediately has such an infectious smile that meets her eyes and made me feel so relaxed. MeKall was recommended to me by a friend when my previous hairdresser ghosted me. She didn’t make me feel bad for sadly coming in with unwashed hair and even offered to wash it for me (I could’ve taken a nap right then lol). Only my first visit with Mrs. MeKall but I have a feeling we’ll be great friends in no time. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness. Absolutely made my day. 💛

I started going to Rocking MB Salon in June 2023 when my previous hair stylist retired. She has always listened to what I wanted, asked for clarification, and offered her professional opinion when asked. She has done a great job every time. I highly recommend this salon and MeKall.

I highly recommend Rocking MB Salon! Mekall, the owner, is professional and very knowledgeable. She takes time with her consultations and truly listens to what I have in mind. I can honestly say my hair is in the best condition it has been in for a while now. In addition, I recommended Mekall to my (now) niece for her wedding and I’m so glad I did. Her hair looked amazing! Even though MeKall is my sister, she does great quality work! She takes care of business and does it with a smile! I would recommend her for any hair service, waxing, spray tanning or facials. She’s a jack of all trades!
