Rocket Park

YOU MUST HAVE ID Excellent display of historical rockets just amazing to see what ingenuity look like in the 1960s and what pushed us into the space age. A definite worthwhile visit if you have the opportunity and access to Redstone something for both young and old to appreciate. It deserves better upkeep.

Small space with 6 rockets and 2 engines. Unfortunately signs are faded. Free to visit, you need military ID to get base access.

Free little park with rockets to look at. Maintenance is needed on the fading and chipped paint in rockets and some signs. But free and kids enjoyed running around and seeing the "big rockets"

The park is inside the premises of armed forces base and not accessible to general public. We were asked to turn around at the entry check point after the security person checked my driving license.

You must have the proper ID to enter this Army Depot. That's one advantage of being in the military gets you. Nice display of historic rockets and rocket engines.
