I went in here on Oct. 9, 2025 to get my toes and my nails done. My nails look messy with paint on the sides and the lines to my french tips aren’t straight. I noticed on my toes, I also got french tips and on a few of my toenails, the paint is on the bottom of my toenail. Very messy looking. Now for my right foot pinky toe, there is absolutely no paint on it. No top coat, no french tip (except from my natural toenail), nothing. I’m not very happy with the service here.

horrible service. took my daughter to get her nails and told them exactly what to do. After i left they kept asking my daughter what she wanted and she was unsure even though i already told them what to do. Then i asked them to do it the way i asked the first time they wanted to charge me twice. after i told them no the removed the nail polish off her nails as she sat crying. wish i could give negative stars

I have mixed feelings, the service and kindness is there. BUT I have a wedding Saturday and we paid for one of the most expensive pedicures an I don’t feel we got the service we should they didn’t clean under the toe nails I asked for my toes to be square with a file NOT cut it was to late once I realized he was cutting them they are soooooo short an round not square, we basically paid for the lotions an scrub they used with stones but not real care done to the nails themselves.

I got the mini delux pedi. My feet soaked in just water the entire visit. It would be nice to have some soaking salts, bubbles in the water for aroma and relaxation. They did not use the cuticle oil on my cuticles, but did use the cuticle oil to massage my legs. ??? I would have liked more spa like treatment considering I paid almost $80. I did get a Pedi with gel. When I got home and looked closer at my toes, I notice that the gel was not applied all the way to the cuticle and my 2nd toe nail is cut crooked as well as my big toenail on my other foot, which I asked her not to cut. The place is beautiful, but the services could use some help. I usually go to Round Rock, bit thought I would give this place a try. I will not be going back.

So disappointed, i get a pedicure maybe once a quarter and went in on my birthday and the entire time the nail tech was on speaker phone with customer service arguing about her insurance. Just awful that she was so rude not only to her client but everyone there. Not good stressfull to listen to.
