I had a disappointing experience here. I brought a reference photo showing a grey/ash blend and discussed it during the consultation. I understand some colors take more than one visit, but the result I left with was very warm and not close to the photo I provided. I also was not shown the back of my head with a mirror before checkout, so I didn’t realize the issues until I got home. I contacted the salon the next day with photos to give them the opportunity to address it, but a refund was refused and I was only offered to come back for additional services. I ultimately needed a professional color correction elsewhere. I’m sharing this so others make sure they view their hair from all angles before leaving and clearly discuss expectations ahead of time.

i found out about this place online after seeing their promotions on tiktok and i dont regret it one bit! im absolutely enamored with my haircut done by sofie and got a lot of compliments at an event :)) id definitely come here again! the environment is quite welcoming and wasnt too busy in the morning. i made an appointment with sofie (styledbysofie_) since she seemed to be specialized in layered hairstyles, which is what i wanted. i was afraid that a layered hair style would not work out for my hair since i have thin asian hair and not anything dense or thick, so i reached out sofie in dms with inspo and asked if it was achievable. ***i highly recommend reaching out to your stylist beforehand to let them know what you want so you guys can both coordinate!! especially with sofie, since sh

I got my hair done by Sophie and she did an INCREDIBLE job!! It was clear from the beginning she understood what I was going for and the cut was quick, efficient and exactly what I asked for. She styled it and offered product/styling tips and made me feel incredibly welcome. I was greeted and shampooed by Pao, who was so kind and helpful and really helped with the process! They do great hair as well. I’ll definitely be returning!

Had an appointment with Lennon today, and she did an absolutely fantastic job! I will definitely be booking with her again in the future especially for vivid color! If you're wanting to switch up your hair and want a hair stylist who will listen and work with your vision, you should 100% schedule a session with Lennon!

Absolutely love this place! I have been going here a while now and have been happy every single time, great environment and amazing service! I highly highly recommend Allison! She is a fantastic stylists that listens to her clients and is overall a great person. She has done fantastic on my hair every single time without fail and is someone that I feel confident having handle my hair especially after some not so great experiences in the past.
