It was a terrible outcome, the ambiance was tacky but it is in plainfield and services are cheaper but ypu get what ypu pay for. She treated me very well but I'm paying for a professional to do my hair. I asked for a balayage, and the outcome came far from it. It was not blended, I was left with no natural hair color 3/4 of my hair. Lots of spots were left orange yellow. I'm not happy and she could tell, told me to come back next day to add black back into it. Please don't go.
Worst hair salon ever. Customer service was horrible and nobody wanted to do the service I called for.
