Rocio's Hair Salon

I was very clear. I wanted warm medium brown base color with warm blonde highlights . I said it cannot have gray in it. I look awful with cool tones. I showed them the pic of what it should look like (included here). Instead I got dark gray brown base with gray/blonde highlights. Look at how bad the highlight technique is too! Do you see the stripes on the side of my head? And then look at the cut, do you see the “ledges?” This cost me $230. We just moved here from Wisconsin, and I am meeting my new neighbors looking like this. I’m absolutely horrified. I know it will grow out etc, but it has never, ever cost sooo much money to have my wishes and instructions completely ignored. I cannot believe these reviews here are honest. Rocio’s Hair Salon is the best! When I moved to Tucson, I was looking for a good hairstylist, and one of my co-workers recommended Rocio’s. I’m so glad they did! I had tried many salons before, but I was never happy with the results. Coming from New York, it was hard to find someone who really knew how to cut and color hair the way I liked—until I met Rocio. Since my first visit, I haven’t stopped going. Rocio is friendly, kind, and funny, and she truly knows her craft. Her haircuts are amazing—no one has ever cut my hair like she does! Her coloring skills are just as impressive. I love how she multitasks and works so efficiently while still giving great attention to detail. My daughter also goes to Rocio’s and love her. I would recommend Rocio’s Hair Salon to anyone looking for a stylis

Throughout my visits to Rocio Hair Salon, I have consistently received exceptional service that exceeds my expectations. Rocio demonstrates a high level of proficiency in cutting and coloring hair, transforming my hair into a stunning, healthy hairstyle that has garnered numerous compliments. Given my upbringing by a mother who was a skilled hairstylist and salon owner, now deceased, I possess very high standards. I was impressed that Rocio delivered exceptional results that surpassed those achieved by my mother’s salon employees. I hold her talent in high regard. I highly recommend entrusting Rocio with your hair care needs, as I am confident that you will be impressed with the results.

Went in for a hair cut. I had a lot of split ends. Told her I wanted to keep my hair long. She said maybe an inch needs to come off. Well it was more like 3 plus inches and the layers were so short and choppy. My hair is not even. Terrible hair cut. Now I'm stuck with choppy uneven hair until it grows out so I can fix it. If you have long hair and plan on keeping it long do not use this shop. Extremely disappointed.
